Service Description

This 4 week course is a unique combination of baby massage and reflexology techniques. The classes are led by myself, a fully qualified reflexologist trained in the specialist baby techniques of 'reflexage', baby reflexology and massage combined. You will learn soothing massage for baby and some simple reflexology techniques which are safe, gentle and may be helpful for many common issues for babies, such as: Colic Reflux Constipation Relaxation Sleep Coughs and colds These classes provide you with quiet, peaceful time to bond with your baby in the comfort of your own home via Zoom, no need to wear a facemask :) The course is suitable for your baby from 4 weeks to crawling and will run over 4 weeks on Wednesday afternoons.
