This is followed by a full reflexology session on your feet.

A fabulous way to de-stress and relieve tension in the muscles. Half an hour back, neck and shoulder massage using luxurious Neal's Yard Remedies aromatherapy oils, followed by a full reflexology session. Your reflexology session can be either foot or facial reflexology. 

This session begins with a holistic facial using Neal's Yard Remedies Organic skincare products to cleanse, exfoliate, nourish and moisturise your face and will finish with a full foot reflexology session.

Beginning with a half hour back, neck and shoulders massage to relieve tension and tight muscles, this treatment will finish with a luxurious Neal's Yard Remedies holistic facial leaving both your back and your face feeling nourished and relaxed. 

A full body massage using hot basalt stones followed by hot stone reflexology. This treatment can be very intensely relaxing, so maybe best not to plan any physical activities afterward!
